Sean began his career back in 1992 with a boutique fine art shipper based on Long Island, New York named Marshall Fine Arts. There, he learned the craft of safely handling, packing & crating fine art for Museums, Galleries & Auction Houses and rose to the position of Crating Department Manager before turning his attention to logistics, exhibition management, supply chain and international forwarding. 

Over the years, Sean expanded his knowledge and experience eventuating in his being recruited for & relocating to Sydney, Australia to fill the position of General Manager International for IAS Fine Art Logistics.

Sean always had a vision of a sensitive freight shipping company whose culture would be based on listening to the needs of each and every client and then being agile and knowledgeable enough to customise the services offered to suit a wide variety of Customer wishes. 

As this vision crystalised he also determined that no such company existed yet and NCompass Logistics Pty Ltd was born.

While our company is relatively new, the experience and expertise behind us is many years and miles and continents in the making and we look forward to sharing that expertise with you.
